  • Be present (or have the vehicle accessible) at the scheduled appointment time

  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe, legal place for us to work

We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe, if the vehicle is significantly different than described, or if the environment does not allow us to perform the service properly.

Pricing & Payments

All pricing listed on our website represents starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Level of dirtiness

  • Stains, odors, or pet hair

  • Add-on services

Payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. To cancel or reschedule:

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or unexpected situations.

Satisfaction Policy

We aim to provide the best results possible; however:

  • Some stains, odors, or interior damage may not be fully removable.

  • Results vary based on age, material, and severity.

If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and determine an appropriate solution.

Liability

Mile High Interior Reconditioning is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing interior damage

  • Loose or broken trim

  • Sensitive electronic components

  • Items left inside the vehicle

Please remove personal belongings before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
